If you are in a family business or manage family assets, this book is an excellent resource discussing the separation of family management and ownership as well as many other ideas. Seminars on these topics are offered by Professor Davis and Harvard Business School.
This is an excellent overview of the venture capital industry despite their contention that angels "take bigger risks and accept lower returns"; only the fools and novices do that. The serious angels are every bit as good as today's VCs. Look for more excellent research from these authors in the future or check out their other books and articles.
